We started to prepare the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity 2011 with the CBCP Focolare.
The first meeting was hold on July 1,2010.
The worship and background material for WPCU 2011 was already prepared by the WCC and the Pontifical Council for Promoting Christian Unity. You can download from this site.

Press Conference:Ecumenical Voice for Peace and Human Rights in the Philippines

The Ecumenical Voice for Peace and Human Rights in the Philippines held the press conference. The delegates of the Ecumenical Voice which was composed of Fr. Rex Reyes, Jr. (General Secretary, NCCP) and some other human rights advocates participated in the 14th Session of the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva rom June 1-10. They reported back on their engagement at the UN Human Rights Council and issued the challenge to president-elect Noynoy Aquino on the continuing human rights violations in the Philippines.

The CUER cooperated in holding the press conference.
